The SoHo Partners journey began with a desire to bring creativity and excellence to urban regional centres in Australia, through the collaboration of Rory Hunter and Douglas Farrell and their expertise in marketing, development, construction and finance.

Based in Hobart, Soho is a boutique real estate developer that creates design-led residential and lifestyle projects with an emphasis on sustainability in regional cities across Australia.

Bringing together a lifetime’s worth of experience in entrepreneurship, finance, marketing, and development, Rory and Douglas met on a ski resort while at university over 20 years ago and have been close friends ever since, not to mention involved in multiple businesses and investments together
